Biden's announces he will end America's longest lasting war.

After almost 21 years, America will no longer be fighting in Afghanistan. Here’s why that’s so important.

It is over! After nearly twenty one years, America is removing their troops from Afghanistan which will officially end the war. While I rarely compliment the Biden Administration, ill do so now. President Obama and president Trump, and all of their competing candidates endorsed removing troops out of Afghanistan, but none actually did it. For years now, the popularity of the war has plummeted, and people across America has slammed the war as an unnecessary waste of money, lives, and energy. Rightfully so. The wars initial goal to search for Bin Laden and his cronies and punish him for the horrific events of 9/11, where to no avail in Afghanistan, rather, Bin Laden was found and killed in Pakistan after he fled Afghanistan. But America remained in Afghanistan for years following, so that they can ravage other commodities including oil and gas from Afghanistan. They later began searching for members of the Taliban, a community of terrorist-related attackers who aim to take down America and democracy around the world. While it was important to conquer them, the money,lives,and energy, we lost as a result of the search was unparalleled, and not warranted to the search. America wanted to rid itself of the war, and finally today, President Biden did so. This is a great moment in American history. While the Biden Presidency has repeatedly failed to maintain the values and merits of the United states by making a 28% increase in corporate taxes, by stopping schools from restricting female sports to only females, they’ve spent trillions of dollars on bureaucratic nonsense and they’ve brought America’s southern border to a massive crisis. And that was just in the first 84 days. It is evidently clear that Biden is not holding his initial values up, rather, he is falling to the requests of the radical democrats using him as a puppet. But at least, this ‘’never ending war’’ has finally ended. There will be no more American bloodshed on foreign soil, for a war that is long been unnecessary. For that, I thank the President for his efforts in diffusing this unneeded war.
