Democrats are becoming tyrannical, and their plan to eliminate the filibusterer is a symbol of this.

Senate Democrats have purposed ridding the Senate of the filibuster, in its entirety. Many adjustments to the rule has been adapted through the years, but never a complete destruction of the protocol. But, now, Senators like Chuck Schumer, Senate Democratic Whip, Dick Durbin, Amy Klobuchar, and many more are ready to eliminate the rule. This might be one of the most dangerous congressional decisions in a long time. Eliminating the Filibuster would give Senate Democrats full control over the United States Federal Government, and the American Recuse Plan was an emblem of this issue. Currently, the President and the Executive Branch is under Democratic control. In the Legislative branch, both the House of Representatives, and the Senate is under Democratic Control as well. And rumors have speculated that the Supreme Court may have a critical change in the coming months. So, the Federal Government is essentially under complete Democratic control. The only way, that the minority in the country can have a voice in congress, is through the filibuster. The filibuster allows the opposition to block a potentially damning vote from occurring, with only 41 votes, rather than the majority 51 votes normally needed. Thus, the Filibuster has been used as a fundamental protection to the minority caucus in congress, and now, the sliver of power the right has in the government is being threatened by the Democrats. These Senators are threatening to destroy the Republicans only chance at a legitimate voice in the government, and they are becoming tyrannical in this way. It would be a blemish on American Democracy itself if we were to eliminate the filibuster, and I strongly appose these dangerous moves by Senate Democrats.
